A complete kit for installing a Pyroplex air transfer grille. Suitable for ventilation in fire doors.

2 x Pyroplex Cover Grille Silver

1 x Pyroplex Intumescent Acrylic Sealant

The Pyroplex® system allows air to be circulated throughout the building. During a fire the system is designed to close and provide a fire barrier to restrict the passage of hot gases.

Pyroplex® Fire Rated Air Transfer Grille Systems are tested for 30 and 60 minutes fire resistance.

• Grilles are of a modular robust construction
• Zintec Mild Steel Frames [0.65mm thick] with matching Zintec clips
• Easy to install and is maintenance free
• Pyroplex® intumescent material is totally unaffected by water, robust, ‘non-flaking’ and difficult to tear

Pyroplex® Intumescent Acrylic Sealant can provide up to 240 minutes fire resistance integrity depending on application and backing material required. The material is compatible with common building materials.
