The below sets out a summary of the returns process.

Goods (all standard goods)

• Complete a returns form below within 30 days of receiving the Goods.

• Within 30 days of submitting the returns form, return the Goods via one of the following methods:
  • Courier collection (subject to a charge - as set out in the returns policy)
  • Drop-off to our warehouse
  • Via post or a courier of your choosing (at your own cost)

• If we accept your return, we will refund you to the same method of payment originally used within 30 days, excluding the original delivery costs.
