HOW TO COLLECT
1. When you place your order online, simply choose Click & Collect at checkout
2. We'll get your order picked and ready for you to collect within 60 minutes
3. Head over to our Ystrad Mynach HQ with your order number, and we'll hand your items straight to you
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If you place your order during our opening hours, Monday to Friday, it will be ready for collection within 1 hour.
You can collect your order Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00 pm.
Your order will be held for a week after which time it will be returned to stock and you will be given a full refund.
Our collection point is located down the left-hand side of the building. Customer parking bays are available right outside for your convenience.
