Intumescent Hinge Pads

When installing fire-rated hinges, intumescent hinge pads should be used. These pads are made from materials that expand when exposed to extreme temperatures to help prevent the transfer of heat through the hinges, maintaining the fire door's structural integrity.

They are cost-effective, easy to install as they are self-adhesive, and can be cut to size if required.
