Nullifire FS719 HP Blue Intumescent Sealant for CPVC Pipes (310ml)

Nullifire FS719 HP Blue is a specialized intumescent sealant developed for CPVC (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride) pipe penetrations through fire-rated walls and floors. Unlike general sealants, it's uniquely formulated and tested for CPVC, ensuring optimal performance.

When exposed to fire, CPVC pipes melt, creating dangerous voids. FS719 HP Blue combats this by expanding powerfully upon heat exposure. This seals the gap left by the melting pipe, stopping flames, smoke, and hot gases from spreading.

Important Installation Notes:

• CPVC Exclusive: FS719 HP Blue is ONLY for CPVC pipes. Do not use for other pipe types or general firestopping.
• Surface Prep: Surfaces must be clean, sound, and free from contamination. Use CPVC manufacturer-approved cleaning materials.
• Application: Apply at +5°C or above. Tool to a smooth finish immediately after gunning.
• Thermal Expansion: Account for CPVC thermal expansion; a foil barrier may be needed as a slip joint.
• Incompatible Backer: Do not use FF197 Fire Rated PU Foam as a backer material with FS719 HP Blue around CPVC pipes. Avoid contact with other non-CPVC compatible sealants when using with FB750 Intubatt.
