The Rutland JIG.11204.PS is a dedicated metal installation template designed to streamline the fixing of TS.11204 door closers on the push side of the door. Engineered for contractors handling volume installations, this tool removes the need for paper templates and manual measuring tapes, ensuring consistent placement of the closer body and arm on standard fire doors.

For site work involving multiple door units, this jig is a significant efficiency upgrade. Instead of marking out complex measurements for every single door, you simply adjust the thumb screws to the door stop thickness once. You can then move from door to door, drilling pilot holes immediately with total confidence.
