Description

FlexiFire Graphite Intumescent Sheets expand when heated to act as a fire stop.

They are designed for use in various locations within fire resisting doorsets, offering fire resistance with BS 476-22.

This versatile Intumescent Sheet Material is ideal for the protection of ironmongery on a fire door. Also known as Intumescent Paper, this is an extremely versatile product.  The graphite-based intumescent creates positive pressure multi-directionally, and forms an insulating mass around the metal. Graphite intumescent is faster-acting than other intumescent materials and expands for longer, eventually turning into ash at around 1000 degrees Centigrade.

• BSEN 1634-1: 2014 - 30, 60, 90 & 120 minute rating
