The Vanquish FlexiFire intumescent pads for hinges are a flexible graphite seals designed to insulate fire door hinges and prevent premature burn-through. Supplied pre-cut for 100 x 30mm square hinges, they automatically expand upon heating to fill hardware voids, ensuring the door assembly maintains its fire integrity.
Features

Applications
Designed for use with 100 x 30mm square hinges on timber fire doors, FlexiFire intumescent pads protect against heat transfer through the ironmongery and help prevent premature burn-through. Providing up to 60 minutes of fire resistance, they are suitable for FD30/FD60 and EI30/EI60 door applications.
Testing & Certification
This Vanquish FlexiFire is strictly tested and holds third-party accreditation under the IFC scheme (IFCC 1686) for hardware protection. It has been extensively proven to meet the requirements of both BS 476: Part 22: 1987 and BS EN 1634-1: 2014, providing up to 60 minutes of fire resistance in timber door applications. Every batch undergoes rigorous expansion and thickness validation testing to guarantee reliable site performance.
