These Vanquish FlexiFire Intumescent Door Hinge Pads are flexible, graphite-based intumescent barriers designed for radius hinges in fire door assemblies. When exposed to high temperatures, the material expands to help seal gaps around the hinge hardware, reducing heat transfer and helping maintain the fire resistance of the door set.

Testing & Certification
These Vanquish intumescent hinge pads have been tested to BS 476-22:1987 and BS EN 1634-1:2014, with fire resistance ratings of up to 120 minutes depending on the application. The graphite-based material activates at approximately 180°C (±10°C) and expands its original volume to help seal gaps around the hinge hardware during a fire. The product is also third-party certified by the IFC under certificate IFCC 1686, within the SDP 20 scheme, providing independent verification and batch testing.
