Can a qualified joiner fit the LVH44 system into a timber door as long as they follow the instructions in full or does it have to be someone with fire grill training?

A

You would need to be a licenced convertor to cut a hole into a fire door but once the hole is cut then a competent person is able to fit the air transfer grille following the manufacturers guidelines.
