Description

A thin, high performance intumescent sheet, pre-cut and ready for a quick & easy installation for lining the door aperture when fitting LVH44 and LVN20S air transfer grilles (liners are supplied with LVN20S kits).

The liner provides up to 60 minutes of fire resistance. In the event of a fire, it expands to fill the clearance gap around the grille, effectively preventing heat transfer.

Available in two sizes dependent on the fire door thickness:

44mm x 2mm suitable for a 44mm door (FD30)
54mm x 2mm also available for 54mm (FD60)

Both supplied in 1 metre lengths.

Installation guidance:

Use 1 liner for air transfer grilles up to 200mm x 200mm
Use 2 liners for grilles larger than 200mm x 200mm
