The Nullifire FP170 Intucollar is a surface-mounted fire stopping closer device engineered to automatically crush and seal combustible pipes during a fire. Featuring a durable stainless steel shell and a reactive intumescent lining, it reliably reinstates compartmentation for both walls and floors to ensure strict building safety compliance.
- Guarantee standard compliance: Fully CE marked and tested to BS EN 1366-3, delivering up to 240 minutes of reliable fire resistance so you can confidently hand over the job.
- Work in tight voids: The ultra-low profile design—standing just 30mm tall for the 110mm diameter size—makes installation hassle-free even in highly congested service runs.
- Accommodate oversized holes: Approved for use on core drilled holes up to 10mm larger than the pipe, reducing the need for extensive substrate repair and speeding up installation.
- Handle multiple pipe types: Certified for use with PVC, PE, PP, ABS, and SAN+PVC pipes, allowing you to standardise your fire stopping hardware across mixed-service projects.
This collar is backed by comprehensive ETA 21/0183 certification and achieves a Euroclass E reaction to fire rating under EN 13501-1. It is approved for use on flexible and rigid walls (100mm or thicker) as well as rigid floors, providing dependable EI 120 to EI 240 classifications depending on the specific pipe and substrate combination. For complete compliance, a cold smoke seal must be applied around the pipe-to-substrate abutment prior to fixing.
