Nullifire FI025 Intuflex Insulation Wrap - 25mm x 200mm x 10m

Nullifire FI025 Intuflex is a premium fire insulation upgrade material designed to increase the insulation ("I") rating of uninsulated services penetrating fire compartment walls and floors. Manufactured from compressed rock mineral fibre with a durable foil facing, it effectively wraps around pipes, cables, and trays to safely reinstate the compartment's thermal integrity.

FI025 is capable of providing up to an impressive 240 minutes fire rating, depending on the specific application and primary seal used. It is proven under EN 1366-3 across a wide variety of services, including steel and copper pipes up to 160mm in diameter, and cable bundles up to 100mm. Note that this wrap increases the insulation performance of the penetrating service itself, meaning your primary fire seal must independently meet the compartment's baseline requirements.
