Pyroplex

Pyroplex has been developing products for the fire sealing and fire stopping industry for over 30 years. They have developed their own unique intumescent graphite-based compounds which are used in their intumescent strips, fire wraps, fire collars, and sealants. They have their own indicative test facility and invest heavily in third-party certification to ensure their products work in conjunction with others around them to provide the right level of protection.

Pyroplex intumescent pipe collars have been designed to prevent the spread of fire and hot gases, and have achieved a fire rating of up to four hours. Pipe collars are used to reinstate the fire resistance of a wall or floor which has been penetrated by flammable plastic pipes. They can be fixed in either a wall or a ceiling structure.

We also stock a range of Pyroplex intumescent strips, suitable for securing fire door frames and fire doors. We have a variety of sizes available to suit your requirements. They also come in a range of colours to match your fire door.

Pyroplex air transfer grilles are used in fire resisting doorsets offering up to 60 minutes of fire resistance. Pyroplex intumescent air transfer grilles are made from Zintec Mild Steel, making them water-resistant, robust, and non-flaking.
